Job Description
FLAG LEAGUE MANAGER
Deliver
Manage
Scale
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sports Collective is seeking a League Rollout Manager to lead the delivery of its Flag Football rollout across Australia.
This role is responsible for executing the rollout of leagues across priority markets, including validating locations, onboarding and managing licensed operators, and ensuring each league launches successfully with strong participation and operational standards.
You will oversee the end-to-end rollout process, from market activation and operator onboarding, through to league delivery and ongoing performance management, while working closely with internal teams across marketing, technology, and group operations.
A core part of the role is to monitor performance, refine the rollout model, and improve conversion and participation outcomes. This includes ensuring alignment between partner expectations, forecasts, and actual delivery, while supporting controlled and scalable expansion.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering measurable outcomes, rather than developing strategy from first principles.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
If this opportunity excites you and you believe you are the right person to build and scale Australia’s national flag football community league network, we would love to hear from you.
Please submit your expression of interest, including a brief overview of your relevant experience and what draws you to the role, to:
