Key Responsibilities

bout the Role:
The Client Services Officer works collaboratively with the Client Services team to support Financial Advisers by delivering high quality administrative and client service support.
This role ensures an exceptional client experience and smooth coordination of insurance advice in line with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Client Relationship Management:
· Act as primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and external providers through timely, proactive and professional communication.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentation.
Administration:
• Prepare RoAs and manage advice implementation.
• Assist with preparing advice implementation documentation for SoAs.
• Assist with insurance claims, including preparing initial application forms and managing ongoing claims.
• Process alterations to existing insurance policies.
• Maintain client records with accurate and timely information in accordance with AFSL and regulatory obligations.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support

Requirements

Technical Expertise:
• Experience in a client services role with specific and current knowledge of personal insurance requirements and standards.
• Working knowledge of personal insurance products (desired).
• Experience using Xplan (desired).
Client Service Skills:
• A strong client service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
