Key Responsibilities

I’m partnering with a Tier 1 commercial contractor and a reputable builder developer to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager / Commercial Lead to join their Brisbane team, overseeing the commercial delivery of a portfolio of landmark projects across South East Queensland.

With major Health, Apartment, Government, and potential Olympics-related developments in the pipeline, this is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role and work across landmark projects in SEQ. You’ll work alongside high-performing project teams, influence key commercial outcomes, mentor emerging talent, and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects that will help shape Brisbane for decades to come.

Requirements

You will ideally have:
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator delivering commercial construction projects valued at $50M – $100M+
• A strong background working within Tier 1 or established Tier 2 contractors
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial teams and manage the full project lifecycle from procurement through to final accounts
• Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong tenure and stability across previous employers, reflecting your commitment and ability to deliver successful outcomes
