As Brisbane accelerates toward hosting the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, a rare opportunity now exists to join a leading infrastructure investor and developer at the forefront of Queensland’s most transformative projects.

With an established national platform and deep government and private sector relationships, the business is playing a pivotal role in projects that will define Brisbane’s next generation — from transport connectivity and precinct redevelopment to major sporting and community infrastructure.
Due to a strong pipeline of Olympic-related and broader SEQ infrastructure initiatives, the team is seeking a commercially astute Infrastructure Analyst to support transaction execution, investment analysis and bid development activities.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Investment Director, you will play a key role across the full infrastructure lifecycle — from early-stage feasibility through to financial close and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining detailed financial models for major infrastructure transactions
• Supporting business case development for Olympic and legacy infrastructure projects
• Conducting commercial due diligence and risk analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of investment committee papers and board presentations
• Supporting PPP / alliance / collaborative contracting bids
• Analysing market, economic and policy settings impacting Queensland infrastructure
• Engaging with government stakeholders, contractors, advisors and financiers
You will gain exposure to complex, multi-billion-dollar transactions in a high-performance environment where innovation and strategic thinking are highly valued.

Requirements

CA / CFA qualified (or working toward), you will bring:

2–5 years’ experience in infrastructure advisory, corporate finance, Big 4 transaction services, investment banking or within a major infrastructure organisation

Strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel skills

Demonstrated commercial acumen and analytical rigour

An understanding of PPPs, project finance or major project delivery frameworks

The ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders

A genuine interest in Brisbane’s long-term infrastructure legacy

Exposure to transport, stadia, urban regeneration or energy projects will be highly regarded.
