Key Responsibilities
As Director, you will:
* partner with senior executives, decision makers and project leaders to provide strategic, solution focused advice on complex and fast moving matters;
* lead and oversee advice on significant commercial, property, funding and major project delivery issues;
* build and maintain trusted, influential relationships with clients and stakeholders across government; and
* play a pivotal leadership role in delivering outcomes that will shape Queensland’s future for generations to come.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly accomplished, commercially astute legal leader to join our Legal Services team as Director. This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic role at the centre of some of Queensland’s most significant and high‑profile initiatives.
From leading major infrastructure projects for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, to shaping the Gabba Entertainment and Housing Precinct, you will be working on matters that most lawyers only ever observe from the outside.
This is not a traditional government legal role.
