Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major, complex projects from early visioning and master planning through to completion
• Strengthen and expand client relationships within the Brisbane market
• Drive business development, bids, work-winning strategies
• Collaborate nationally and globally across sectors to leverage design excellence
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring senior project leaders and fostering high-performance teams

Requirements

Skills & Experience
• Registered Architect
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects (of $500M+ ideal)
• Strong master planning expertise
• Proven success in business development and securing major commissions
• Exceptional presentation, client engagement and negotiation skills
• Strategic, commercially minded and aligned with a collaborative studio culture

An internationally renowned architecture and design studio is seeking a Principal / Associate Principal to join the Brisbane leadership team. This strategic and hands-on role will focus on cultivating key client relationships, securing major project opportunities and leading the design and delivery of large-scale, complex developments across multiple sectors.

With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, education, science, healthcare, infrastructure, public realm, multi-residential and mixed-use projects (including landmark Brisbane developments and upcoming Olympic work), this opportunity is suited to an astute Architect with master planning capability and a proven record delivering large high-value projects.
