Cetnaj Ashmore supplies electrical products to commercial and residential contractors across the region. The branch has built a strong reputation locally and operates as a profitable, well-established business with solid foundations already in place.

Key Responsibilities

The Opportunity
• Own the Branch: Take responsibility for the overall performance of the Ashmore operation
• Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors and continue building the customer base
• Commercial Oversight: Monitor branch performance including sales, margins and P&L outcomes
• Team Coordination: Work closely with a capable team across internal sales, warehouse and delivery functions
• Hands-On Involvement: Stay close to the day-to-day operation and support the team as needed
• Uncapped Potential: With a strong profit share model, the results you drive are reflected directly in your earnings. The package also includes a company vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop.

Requirements

You’ll Thrive in this Role if You

Think like an owner and take pride in results
Bring a background in electrical wholesale, construction, trade or industrial supply
Have managed people or operations, whether running a branch, team or your own business
Know how to build strong relationships with trades
Hold full working rights and a current driver’s licence
